| Member Duties : CONSTRUCTION CREW LEADERSHIP - Responsible for hands-on construction tasks and safely leading and training crews of volunteers and partner families in those tasks. FAMILY SERVICES COORDINATION – Responsible for recruiting and supporting partner family applicants and partner families for homeownership and home repair opportunities. VOLUNTEER SERVICES COORDINATION – Responsible for recruiting, training, coordinating, recognizing, and supporting volunteers for the construction sites office, and committees. COMMUNITY OUTREACH COORDINATION – These members will help the Host Site raise community awareness of what can be done to improve neighborhoods. Member responsibilities can include mapping community assets and involving community members in decision-making.
