Development Coordinator-The Sanneh Foundation (CSP)

The Sanneh Foundation (TSF) is a Minnesota based 501(c)3 created to serve the holistic youth development needs of Twin Cities youth. TSF’s mission is to empower youth by providing leadership skill development and social emotional mentoring, improve lives by supporting and promoting educational attainment through in-school and after-school programming, and unite communities by advancing diversity, cross-cultural competency, and community inclusivity. TSF is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to serve as a Development VISTA. The central role of the Development VISTA is to assist TSF in developing strong and adequately balanced funding streams through grant writing, event fundraising, CRM implementation, and volunteer partnerships to create awareness of TSF’s positive youth development programs. As a VISTA with TSF, you will be in an important capacity building role within our dynamic and fast moving organization that serves the diverse youth of the Twin Cities Metro Area. Be prepared to make a positive difference in the lives of youth who depend on us! **This position is part of the City of St. Paul VISTA Cohort. This cohort provides a learning community of 20 fellow VISTA members all serving within Saint Paul. We provide bi-weekly professional development training and additional support throughout the year.

Member Duties : The VISTA member's primary duties are to increase donors and stakeholders engagement with TSF. This positions main goals will be to support the implementation of TSF's development plan to increase donors and partners engagement through all annual events, plan and implement grant writing processes in support of TSF programs and assist in the expansion of TSF's volunteer program. This position will have the opportunity to review and expand on current stewardship methods, in regards to volunteers, and assist in planning two major annual events, Gala4Goals and Golf4Goals.
