CN VISTA Fellows: Bonner Center Technology Coordinator
 
 
 
Focused on addressing education injustice, C-N VISTA Fellows will address youth development, adult education, and much more through their term of service. Each VISTA is matched with a service site at an off-campus non-profit partner in Knox or Jefferson County, where they connect the resources of our campus and the community to further strengthen their work. Member Duties : This project will provide connections between the campus and community to increase access to and awareness of resources for those experiencing poverty. The focus of the work will be increasing access through the development of a web based platform that also increases campus and community organizational capacity to serve the people of Jefferson County. The VISTA member’s duties will include: *Developing and administering the Bonner Center’s web based platform and providing trainings on the platform *Maintaining Bonner Center communication platforms *Supporting the implementation of community development, faculty development, and student development of the Bonner Center *Participating in Bonner Center and Carson-Newman community networking, service, and training *Promoting the sustainability of programs and transfer of knowledge, resources, and contacts to site-based staff and subsequent VISTA member.
