OneStar: Urban Innovators Community and Curriculum VISTA

Urban Innovators was established in September 2015 to complement the business operations of Urban Co-Lab, a co-working community in East Austin. Urban Innovators provides training and educational programming for social entrepreneurs, students, and low income residents in under-served urban communities. By partnering with local schools, universities, and community-based organizations, Urban Innovators supports the creation of thriving entrepreneurial ecosystems in transitioning urban corridors. Urban Innovators makes a positive impact in communities through people development (classes, workshops, and events), workforce development through youth internship and job placements for low-income residents) and business acceleration.
