Member Duties : 1) Work with the Law Center as they coordinate the Distressed Properties Taskforce of The City of Buffalo to address the problem of vacant and abandoned properties in the City of Buffalo.
2) Help with coordination of meetings of the Distressed Properties Task Force.
3) Identify and analyze foreclosure data in Erie County and identify and chart the municipalities and neighborhoods where foreclosures are most frequent; track and chart vacant properties in the City of Buffalo for Task Force use.
4) Identify and secure funding sources for continuation of this work.
5) Develop and implement outreach plans
