Member Duties : Gain experience in grant writing, marketing, and program development. VISTA members will have the opportunity to be actively involved in project development including recruiting and training employers, developing program policies, procedures and forms, conducting and arranging training for partner organizations and students, identifying community resources, researching and writing grants, coordinating efforts between Work Scholars and campus employers, and data collection and analysis.
