Member Duties : A. Develop positive relationships with young adults, assist in career readiness and basic skill development
B. Serve effectively as a team member within the collaborative partnership including: secondary schools, community based organizations, government agencies, and private businesses.
C. Monitor individual youth and team progress towards project goals
D. Assist in developing work based learning opportunities
E. Participate in the scheduling and delivery of workshops addressing:
• Introduction to WorkSource One-stop system
• Interview skills and marketing strengths
• Presentation skills
• Resume building
• Job search preparation
• Planning and implementing community projects
• Career and adult living planning
• Soft-skills
F. Introduce concepts and practices for money and credit management
G. Coach youth on career exploration
H. Prepare and maintain records and reports
I. Be an effective team member in the Skagit WorkSource One-stop system.
