Member Duties : Applicants must have already served a minimum of one year as a VISTA member. Spokane County United Way is looking for a VISTA Leader who has excellent leadership and management skills and a commitment to professional development. This opportunity will allow you to build on your previous time of VISTA service by helping new VISTAs navigate their first year in service. The VISTA Leader will be an integral part of the United Way team, working to identify, recruit, and support VISTA projects that will build community capacity to help people achieve their potential, increase their financial stability and opportunity, and improve their health.
