Faith in Youth Partnership
 
 
 
The Faith in Youth Partnership focuses on placing members in partner schools & non-profits that provide a variety of youth-oriented programming, utilizing research models that highlight the impactful role that intentional, targeted, and sustained mentoring can have on the lives of at-risk middle & high school aged youth. Members provide direct one-on-one and small group mentoring with the goal of increasing mentee academic engagement. Members also recruit and train volunteer mentors, develop activities for mentoring programming, and work closely in & with local school systems to follow up on student progress.

Member Duties : Members are placed at community schools & non-profit partners, providing one-on-one and small group mentoring. Members also recruit and train community mentors, develop activities for mentoring programming, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve academic outcomes for middle and high school students.
