Member Duties : *Build the organization's capacity to serve under-resourced students.
*Develop systems for recruiting, screening, and managing new volunteers.
*Develop strategic community partnerships that will expand and diversify 826CHI's volunteer community.
*Identify gaps and opportunities for outreach to community-based, and college/university-based volunteer partnerships.
*Work with partner schools to identify retired teachers, parents, and community groups from which to recuit new volunteers.
*Develop and implement a procedure for managing volunteer metrics in Salesforce.
*Develop volunteer support resources and special topic trainings.
