Member Duties : *Build the organization’s capacity to serve under-resourced students.
*Research and identify new sources of funding and develop resources to support grant reporting.
*Develop tools and processes to support data collection and management.
*Work with programming and development staff to build a system for collecting student and family data, including attendance across 826CHI programs.
*Develop systems to capture information for 826CHI’s annual report.
*Establish protocols for managing program evaluation materials.
*Work with Department of Education to develop grade-based rubrics for student writing based on 826CHI Way.
