| Member Duties : The AmeriCorps VISTA member will perform the following key tasks: (1) Learn about IHCDA and the Continuum of Care and review work completed to date; (2) Develop and implement a plan to identify and address capacity needs for the Continuum board and individual committees; (3) Work with Board of Directors and Funding & Strategies committee to craft and implement a resource development plan to increase the Balance of State Continuum of Care’s non-government revenue for purposes of implementing new programs and capacity building initiatives, improving its ability to serve persons experiencing or at risk of homelessness; (4) Develop board/committee manual, case statement and fundraising manual and related materials to ensure that the processes developed and implemented by the VISTA member continue to operate effectively.
