RISE (Relief Independence Stability Education)
 
 
 
RISE is a non-profit faith based organization. Our mission is to assist Weld County low-income families to RISE out of poverty by promoting lasting change through relief, betterment, and development. RISE provides to families in need with short-term relief for their utility and rent bills and other immediate needs as well as access to community resources in our community. RISE also provides a class called Getting Ahead that supports long-term stability. To accomplish our mission we partner with churches, agencies, businesses, volunteers and other non-profit organizations. www.r-i-s-e.org

Member Duties : Duties: Reach out and connect with our community, have fun, demonstrate creativity, compassion and dedication to the folks we serve and the RISE mission, work hard as a member of the RISE team, be a self-starter comfortable with managing several projects at a time. Know that you will be trained and supported to exceed the expectations of our community and the folks we serve. Program Development: Work with our compassionate fun team: Improve our follow-up process and questionnaire with our Getting Ahead graduates, Build our Volunteer base, Improve RISE marketing via social media/newsprint/brochures and our website, actively participate in researching and creating powerful grants and other funding opportunities.
