Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity (Summer Associate)Recycle

Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity (TCHFH) has been working to provide simple, decent, and affordable housing opportunities to the Twin Cities and the seven county metro area for 30 years. Since its founding in 1985, TCHFH has sold or rehabilitated homes for over 900 families. Nearly 5,000 children have grown up in homes purchased or repaired in partnership with Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity. TCHFH operates a ReStore (a nonprofit home improvement store and donation center that sells new and gently used furniture, home accessories, building materials, and appliances to the public at a fraction of the retail price and that contributes to landfill diversion) in New Brighton, MN. The ReStore has developed non-ferrous recycling and is expanding its recycling capabilities.
