Youth Impact Program

The member will ensure that additional youth will participate in the program each year to learn job skills and receive employment services, and will recruit employers that will place homeless youth or youth in transition into employment. With a stronger, more diverse network of employer relationships and more youth referrals, the member will secure additional entry-level employment positions for youth, ages 15-24, where they can increase their engagement with job training or volunteerism in their area of interest, job shadow, or engage in an internship. Our organization also serves adults with disabilities by providing job placement, on-the-job training, and employment support. With the resulting stronger, more diverse network of employer relationships, our goal also includes additional employment opportunities for adults with disabilities.
