US2020-Indianapolis, School & Program Coordinator

TechPoint Foundation for Youth, in partnership with the City of Indianapolis, is recruiting outstanding VISTAs for one year positions starting in June. Our amazing VISTAs will work within a small, entrepreneurial team helping to facilitate a citywide movement connecting STEM professionals serving in a mentor capacity with carefully vetted, hands-on STEM programming that serves low-income students. We’re seeking talented, aspiring leaders with strong management and communication skills to organize, support, grow, and evaluate these high impact mentorship opportunities that ignite an interest in STEM careers. We’re proud to be in our 2nd year as part of a national partnership with US2020 (www.us2020.org), whose mission is to create 1 million high quality STEM mentor matches by the year 2020. VISTAs will be vital contributors to our local efforts and the national success of the US2020 movement. VISTAs serve full time with benefits, including a living allowance, a post-service education award, and significant professional development opportunities.
