Member Duties : ARVets proposes to engage an Outreach VISTAs for 1-3 years to create a community partnership program which will: • Assist with grant writing and fundraising initiatives • Recruit, train, and engage community volunteers to support the organization’s outreach and human service programs. • Create a robust fundraising program in partnership with organizational leadership that engages individual donors, creates programming and events that educates those donors on the ARVets mission, and invites them to be financial partners. • Determine strategies for cultivating and stewarding volunteers and donors in a model that continually asks for feedback, which can be immediately used to improve recruitment.
