Outreach’s mission is to provide safe water, food, medical care and education to children and those in need at home and abroad. The primary activity of Outreach is volunteer-engaged meal packaging events for the hungry.

Member Duties : VISTA members will assist in the creation of the Hunger Free Iowa Initiative and help Outreach build the organizational capacity for building a replicable model. This is an exciting opportunity to establish a sustainable program and create measurable social impact. The Database Specialist will be responsible for creating a Customer Relation Management (CRM) database with specific tracking and reporting capabilities. Member activities would include: developing skills in Outreach's CRM system- Salesforce, creating specialized database for donors and sales, inputting data, customizing CRM with Salesforce support as needed, creating automated tracking system that generates custom reports, and creating automated notices for donors and sales.
