Member Duties : 1) Coach and support all VISTA members through individual and group meetings. 2) Increase VISTA access to project-specific resources and professional development opportunities. 3) Facilitate VISTA member training, development and service opportunities. 4) Support SPPS Foundation staff with all VISTA related reporting. 5) Build the capacity of VISTA member to implement Foundation’s tutoring best practices in their Tutoring Partner organizations. 6) Promote VISTA cohort cohesion as a supportive learning community. 7) Assist in VISTA member recruitment and hiring.
