Member Duties : 1) Work with local colleges and universities to help build the presence of New Lens on campuses. 2) Help determine qualification for New Lens mentors based on research and program need. 3) Create a system that promotes clear lines of communication between New Lens and college/university leadership. 4) Assist New Lens staff with mentor training implementation and development.
