Austin Financial Wellness Specialist - Summer

This Summer Associate would meet with individuals and organizations to create an asset map for the community. This map would combine data collected from focus groups with resources available to low-income individuals and families. The summer associate would share the outcome of this research so that 1) more economically disadvantaged families would know what resources are available to them in their community and 2) United Way could target financial literacy resources in that community that fills in the gaps where services are needed and not currently being provided.
