Member Duties : Do you have a passion for helping low-income students imagine, prepare for, and pursue the lifelong benefits of a college degree? Working in the STEAM Ahead College Corridor at West High School, you will help high school students understand the value of a college education to help them achieve their dreams. You will help them build literacy and acquire the skills necessary to succeed in college. In partnership with UNH Manchester, other USNH institutions, and Manchester Community College, you will develop and use
recruitment and retention strategies such as college tours and college fairs, focusing particularly on lowincome populations. A $2,000 scholarship at a University System of New Hampshire institution awaits you upon completion of your service.
