Community & Housing Development: Helping families grasp the dream of homeownership by developing homes and eliminating barriers to home ownership; Home ownership: Helping prepare families to purchase their first home by offering homebuyer training classes and individual counseling; Energy Conversation: Providing leadership in high-efficiency housing development and energy conservation education; Foreclosure Prevention: Effectively saves homes from foreclosure, protecting families' investments and maintaining neighborhood stability; Training Leaders: Trains neighborhood and youth leaders to improve the entire community.

Member Duties : Creating a financial literacy program for WIN's existing client base and new clients that will help them achieve financial stability. They will develop 5-6 community connections for program referrals, assist with the development of curriculum, develop marketing and outreach materials, and assist with resource development for the implementation of the financial literacy program.
