| Member Duties : The VISTA will participate in outreach and engagement in an effort to recruit new volunteers and community partners. Additionally, the VISTA will take part in trainings/workshops to explore new and innovative ways to recruit, retain and support volunteers. The VISTA will participate in program planning as the agency seeks to grow and expand programs and services being offered to families. The VISTA will also assist in providing support and maintain positive communication to church coordinators as these are critical supports to our organization.
