| Member Duties : The VISTA member will assist the Annette Strauss Institute for Civic Life in the state-wide expansion efforts of the Speak Up! Speak Out! civic education program targeted to middle and high school students. The VISTA will member's efforts will include strategic planning, marketing, development and generating collaborative support among a variety of constituencies.
