| Member Duties : The VISTA Leader will plan and facilitate VISTA gatherings/trainings, improve upon current VISTA program administrative processes and help in gathering data from the host sites and members for the quarterly reports and applications. The VISTA Leader will serve as a resource for the VISTA members and supervisors, as a liaison between project sites and the state office.
