Hearth Homes Volunteer Coordinator - Year 2

The Hearth Homes Project will help organize and develop the influx of volunteers and maximize their impact by providing empowering, culturally competent training, vision and development which would encourage volunteers to remain on at Hearth Homes. By the end of this Project, we will have established a standard operation of volunteer recruitment, training and development which will continue to be implemented long after the project is completed. Hearth Homes' goal is to see women empowered to rise above cycles of homelessness, abuse and poverty by providing them the tools and skills they need to obtain steady employment and housing and provide their children a better future. This goal cannot be obtained without qualified, trained volunteers who are willing to give their time and effort to teach the women of Hearth Homes.
