Member Duties : Depending on which service component, a member could potentially provide literacy and/or math tutoring for elementary students. Manage the development and implementation of a mentoring program for 6th grade students. Or facilitate the development and implementation of service-learning programming for students attending International Baccalaureate Schools. Members would be involved in volunteer coordination which may include recruitment, orientation, training, data reporting and assessment. Members will attend all regularly scheduled team meetings, required trainings, and community service events. Members will collaborate effectively with school staff and fellow team members at service site to support best practices of the school and the district. Maintain satisfactory and harmonious working relationships with students, partner agencies, volunteers, and the public. Keep regular data reports on student progress and assist with assessment and evaluation procedures.
