Member Duties : • Accept responsibility and initiative to supervise an assortment of structured activities including arts and crafts, educational programming, recreational structure, meal service, and interactive games
• Create, implement, and supervise a variety of after-school activities for the youth while following program schedules, including activities, meal time, and clean-up of facility
• Demonstrate positive leadership and role model type skills for the youth within the program
• Drive the Salvation Army vehicle and transport youth as needed
• Ensure the well-being and improved education prospects of youth in the program
