Society of St. Vincent DePaul Program Development VISTA
We have 140 volunteers, who are known as Vincentians, are drawn from various cultural backgrounds, age groups and economic levels. Through one-on-one contact, we are committed to respecting the dignity of those we assist while fostering self-respect. The overwhelming majority of our clients qualify for USDA food assistance. That means they live at a level of poverty or very low income that not only impacts their ability to eat nutritionally sound meals, but also places additional strain on the use of their limited financial resources for other essential needs. We assure confidentiality at all times and endeavor to establish relationships based on trust and friendship. It is not enough to provide short term material support. Our goal is to help clients break the cycle of poverty and achieve self-sufficiency in the long term. Our services include a food pantry, financial assistance, homeless assistance, healthcare and dental care.

We offer a variety of other crucial services to our low income client base; dental services, medical services, fuel assistance, VITA tax preparation, homeless outreach, NH Employment & Security are all offered here on site as well.
