Black People Run Bike and Swim Healthier Communities

The project will map the vast number of community organizations of all sizes within Jefferson County to increase the links to existing supportive programs. The primary goal is the identification of resources, the development of partnerships, capacity building techniques and leveraging sustainability resources through grant writing for these organizations. This project will identify and tap into existing resources at the local, state and federal levels that have not been accessed by organizations in these low income communities.
