2014 Kenosha County UWEX Summer VISTA

Join a team of energetic, committed, talented and fun people involved in organizing a summer-long day camp experience in partnership with the ELCA Outreach Center in Kenosha, Wisconsin. This year's theme is focused around the issues of healthy living, STEM and the arts. The team that will provide leadership for a summer-long day camp experience at Edward Bain School of Language Arts (EBSOLA) in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Develop programs / projects for young people focused on healthy living, STEM and the arts. Co-coordinate the day to day activities that serve approximately 50-75 grade school youth. Advise teen staff members who serve as small group leaders for grade school youth. Create impact stories about the experiences and education gained by youth throughout the summer. Evaluate and report on the impact of specific programs.
