Disaster Recovery In this area our goal is: The VISTA Members will develop an Operational Manual and will recruit volunteers for the operational work in each center. The towns where these 17 Collect Center will be localize are Utuado, Jayuya, Arecibo, Cidra, Comerío, Bayamón, San Juan, Barceloneta, Patillas, Maunabo, Fajardo, Ponce, Salinas, Aguadilla, Carolina, Manatí, and Caguas. With this we will help the communities that are in rural zones and do not have immediate acceso. Tutoring Our goal in this area is: Develop and strength the organizational structure to improve the tutoring center with internet access for children with academic lag in Arroyo, Barrio Obrero, Bayamón, Guayama, and Camuy. Food Security Develop a structure to create a Food Bank for the families with economical needs and families that were victims of a natural disaster. . Purpose of Re-ACE •Identify with the children the necessary tools to manage the social situations that affect them and instruct them to use those tools in the academic area and social area. •That each boy and girl of these communities with limited economic resources could have the same alternatives that those children that enjoy better opportunities and accessibility. •Be as an instrument in the responsibility to face emergencies. a.Train how would be the work to face a problem. b.Planning the action priorities; What? When? Where? How? •Help the communities to organize a structure and the necessary personnel to work in the activities that support the quality of life of the residents. •Offer relief to the families in needs that were affected by any difficult situation.

Member Duties : To realize this agenda and reach our mission we need the collaboration VISTA Members. They will give the message to each resident, to each volunteer, to each organization that have our same vision, to see the communities as our home, the place that saw us birth, as the place we live and growth in all the dimensions. For this reason we have to contribute to the internal development of our community and watched out for the benefit of the neighbors and family and look for the best quality of life for our community.
