Member Duties : Communicate & coordinate among WorkSource staff, education partners, employers, & other external resources at local level. Become versed in career pathways at colleges, liaise with disability specialists, identify areas that lack alignment between career pathways systems. Work with leadership to create strategy that removes barriers. Guide students with disabilities interested in career pathways. Collect data for outputs & outcomes. Use social media. Coordination, installation & implementation of the Wi-Fi hotspots at the WorkSource centers. Analyze resources at the WorkSource Centers, websites, & at the schools to ensure the widest level of accessibility& make recommendations. Speak at community events about the project including Ticket to Work. Develop outreach materials & presentations about services & supports. Disseminate materials to community groups, organizations, & job seekers/students. Develop integrated resource teams at local colleges.
