Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Monica Summer STEM/College Bound

Join the Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Monica and help make a difference this summer! Come and teach 1st-12th grade students new skills. An understanding and interest in STEM (particularly computer technology, math and science) subjects is helpful, along with experience in youth development programs. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Monica (SMBGC) has been serving communities for 71 years. SMBGC serves those who otherwise would not have opportunities for academic success and struggling students from low income and disadvantaged homes from the Greater Los Angeles area. This program focuses on reducing summer learning loss with elementary, middle and high school grade level students. 70 percent of our members are from low income communities.
