Working Wardrobes--a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a path for adults overcoming difficult challenges to enter the workforce--is seeking a marketing professional with 5 years’ experience and an understanding of fund development practices, to increase general awareness of our brand and support our donor outreach efforts. As our Marketing/Fund Development Americorp VISTA* member, your mission will be to increase Working Wardrobes revenue to support its services and operations, through an emphasis on marketing, fund development, social media and new communication strategies. This positions the organization for future growth and allows a greater capacity to provide even more people with comprehensive services to facilitate their finding appropriate long-term employment for financial stability and self-sufficiency. Member Duties : The Marketing/ Fund Development VISTA's goal will be to increase Working Wardrobes revenue to support its services and operations, through an emphasis on marketing, fund development, social media and new communication strategies. This positions the organization for future growth and allows a greater capacity to provide even more people with comprehensive services to facilitate their finding appropriate long-term employment for financial stability and self-sufficiency. Responsibilities will include: - Develop an annual marketing/ fund development plan that addresses social media, website development, online donation portal, direct mail and print advertising. - Market Working Wardrobes social enterprises to increase awareness in the community and expand market share in a competitive category. - Assist in the implementation of an Annual Giving and Major Gifts program to increase individual and corporate giving from 23% to 28% per year
