• Assist in delivering the Girl Scouting in the School Day program consistent with GSUSA and • Girl Scouts of Western Washington policies and program at designated schools. • Assist in developing age-appropriate curriculum for the GSSD program. • Collaborate with school districts and other service providers as appropriate, maintain positive • ongoing relationships and proactive communication with teachers, administrators and other district personnel. • Assist with implementing seasonal Girl Scout activities, such as Thinking Day, the Girl Scout • Cookie Program, and Girl Scout camp.

Member Duties : Deliver summer day camp program for all of the JBLM troops as needed. Help plan Girl Scout "camporees," where troops participate in a multi-day camp experience organized and led by volunteer leaders and AmeriCorps members at one of our GSWW camp properties. Help transport girls to program meetings, field trips, and other events. Participate in and on field trips and special activities. Help ensure completion of girl and volunteer registration forms, event permission slips, and troop member evaluation and outcome survey forms, and other project/program-related evaluations. Communicate daily with the assigned Program Coordinator about program delivery assignments, needs and for guidance. Perform program-related administrative duties as assigned. The member will serve a minimum of 50 hours each week and upon successful completion will receive a prorated portion of the Segal Education Award of $2,775
