Member Duties : Specific activities will vary between the three departments where VISTAs will be placed and are addressed in the individual member assignments. Activities will also vary from each consecutive year of the project with year one activities focusing on planning and development. All activities for this goal will focus on one or more of the following categories: VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: Establish or expand pool of volunteers to assist with service delivery. FINANCIAL RESOURCES: Develop and expand a more diversified funding stream. PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT: Increase participation in educational and supportive
