| Member Duties : VISTAS will develop programming for low income communities in Northern New England that increases college access and ensures graduation for low income college students. This will be carried out in a variety of ways including, but not limited to, recruiting and training volunteers to work with students and families on college aspirations, preparedness, the application process and accessing financial aid; organizing college visits; supporting initiatives that encourage students to increase academic rigor through course selection, organizing peer to peer panels and forging and enhancing college and K-12 partnerships.
