| Member Duties : The Community Preparedness Specialist will support the Tribe’s overall resilience by supporting disaster preparation. They will facilitate safety and preparedness training and exercises for Tribal staff; assist with emergency management research and data collection to support Tribal community and related grants; organize and distribute supplies; conduct preparedness outreach; help draft policies and procedures; and support development of a Tribal Resilience Hub plan.
