25-26 Students Run Philly Style Development VISTA
 
 
 
Students Run Philly Style (SRPS) transforms Philadelphia youth through long-distance running and mentorship. Mentors support the students as they set goals, train, and ultimately achieve what they once thought was impossible: the completion of a full or a half marathon. The VISTA placed at Students Run Philly Style will streamline and organize the donor database, standardize donor stewardship and communication, and support the Development Director in recruiting new corporate partners. You do not have to be a runner or be an expert in any sport to be successful in this position, but you have to be passionate about youth development and equity.

Member Duties : The VISTA at Students Run Philly Style will be part of the 2025-26 Coach Across America VISTA cohort of 53 members. As a first-year project, the VISTA will work closely with the Director of Development to support donor cultivation and stewardship, tracking and analyzing donor data to identify areas of growth for increased donations. The VISTA will assist with donor acknowledgement and communication, updating the donor database, and collecting feedback from donors. This focus on donor cultivation and stewardship will increase donor engagement and encourage an increase in individual donations. The VISTA will also assist in developing corporate sponsorship proposals and presentations to increase the number of local corporations supporting Students Run Philly Style. The VISTA will design materials that promote corporate sponsorship opportunities and a sponsorship presentation slide deck to be used by staff and board members in presenting to potential sponsors.
