Volunteer Recruitment, Engagement, and Management VISTA
 
 
 
In year one, of this technical assistance pilot, AmeriCorps VISTA Members will provide specific areas of capacity building based on the needs of host organizations. The Volunteer Recruitment, Engagement, and Management VISTA will support host organization's ability to better recruit, onboard, track, and retain volunteers.

Member Duties : Work with host site to co-create a volunteer recruitment and engagement guide. Work with host site to co-create a volunteer onboarding system. Work with host site to co-create a volunteer tracking system. Work with host site to co-create volunteer retention strategies/guides.
