Strategy & Program Design VISTA
 
 
 
In the pilot's initial year, AmeriCorps VISTA Members will target capacity-building in areas needed by host organizations. The Strategy and Program Design VISTA will boost the organization's strategic vision alignment with long-term goals, operational plan development for milestones, and stakeholder engagement. They'll also support program development and oversight that aligns with the mission and scales to capabilities. Organizations will see increased capacity in strategy and program design from the VISTA Member's aid.

Member Duties : Work with host site to support the pre-planning for organizations process of strategic planning. Work with host site to support implementation of internal, community, and external stakeholder interviews. Work with host site to distill information gathered from feedback to identify the strategic framework. Work with host site to co-create a strategy and operational document.
