| Member Duties : The goal of the project is to build capacity within DeSales Community Development by enhancing resident engagement in affordable housing, developing sustainable programming in collaboration with the Community Services Coordination (CSC) department, and laying the groundwork for potential future Community Advisory Board (CAB) initiatives. The VISTA will work to create resilient networks of social support by integrating CSC services and fostering long-term resident wellbeing. This role will focus on developing and facilitating new programming to build social cohesion among residents, creating lasting structures for community involvement, and enhancing communication channels. Additionally, the VISTA will establish opportunities for peer resource sharing to promote mutual aid and strengthen community ties.
