Development Coordinator VISTA - Houston, TX
The Texas Association of Charitable Clinics VISTA Program seeks to place members who are committed to national service and public health in the clinics throughout Texas that are dedicated to providing quality healthcare services to low-income individuals. VISTA Program members will be provided with on-going support and training, as well as invaluable experience in the healthcare field.

Member Duties : At UHPhealth, the VISTA will develop a sustainability and growth plan for fundraising and make improvements as needed regarding the communication between UHPhealth and its donors. Member activities include researching new potential donors and grant opportunities, researching and developing key fundraising events, and researching and submitting grant proposal. The VISTA will also be expected to keep an open line of communication with donors and engage with them regularly, including calls, lunches, coffee etc., and create ways to express the impact their donations have on the program.
