Member Duties : Develop and disseminate follow-up surveys to measure client satisfaction with referrals received when calling into the Georgia Family Healthline.
Work with the Call Center Team to achieve goals outlined in the organization’s Strategic Plan.
Develop and maintain knowledge of healthcare and public health services, community resources, and relevant policy issues in order to ensure the resource database is current.
Create new reports in the database for both internal and vendor use and access existing reports as needed.
Conduct survey screenings and review monthly reports for errors.
