Nurse Family Partnership
 
 
 
The VISTA will support researching community resources for families and aid in the development of relationships with essential outside organizations. The VISTA will support NFP internally to improve the systems developed for data management, event coordination for continued public health nursing education, and creating sustainable growth of the organization for long-term development.

Member Duties : 1. Support coordination and planning processes for NFP nurse trainings, organizational and home visitor development, community events, and other programming. 2. Research funding opportunities and support with grant applications as needed. 3. Research additional community resources for families and provide tracking system of resources and early childhood contacts for families and organizational growth.
