El Centro de la Raza is s an organization grounded in the Latino community of Washington State, it is the mission of El Centro de la Raza (The Center for People of All Races) to build the Beloved Community through unifying all racial and economic sectors; to organize, empower, and defend the basic human rights of our most vulnerable and marginalized populations; and to bring critical consciousness, justice, dignity, and equity to all the peoples of the world. The member will be a part of the Human Services department team and will support the Youth Case Manager to identify, recruit and support students ages 16-21 to set an achieve their identified goals and ultimately complete their high school diploma.

Member Duties : Support with intake, assessment and goal-setting, support students creating their individualized learning plan, identifying projects, and setting target measurements. -Assist the Youth Case Manager in planning and implementing El Centro de la Raza's cultural enrichment programming and other enrichment activities. -Assist with parent communication, translation activities -Assist in gathering student feedback and program evaluation -Attend meetings with El Centro de la Raza team as well as with FWOD teachers and staff as required. -Assist students and families with benefits and assistance and maintain appropriate documentation. -Assist students and families with COVID related supports. -Assist with all necessary program reporting and meeting all deadlines.
