The program places dedicated VISTA members in meaningful, impactful projects that empower communities through problem-solving, leadership, communication, and more. Since 2006, the EngageKY VISTA program has placed over 200 passionate individuals in more than 50 communities, driving transformative change across the state. Whether you're looking to strengthen your career or help build a stronger, more resilient Kentucky, this opportunity offers both personal and professional growth. Member Duties : Members responsibilities might include: recruit and train volunteers, research and evaluate trends, lead workshops, research broadband availability in rural Kentucky, expand college service learning programs, create wellness curricula, lead health programs, manage online databases, evaluate academic trends, assist in grant writing for programs, fundraise and more! Applicants should have a passion for public service and giving back to the community.
