DITR Development and Grants VISTA

Using a holistic approach, our organization has worked for over 15 years developing award-winning programs that provide a safe and nurturing environment for girls, from mid to low income communities, to learn and grow. Our programs utilize an assets based framework based on the 40 Developmental Assets, found by The Search Institute. Our organization specifically promotes, incorporates and emphasizes over 24 of the 40 Developmental Assets within the regular programs and services we offer.
